Qn: Is the price shown the price I pay?
Ans: We do not charge Goods and Service Tax (GST) or Value Added Tax (VAT), so the price shown is the price you pay. Overseas buyers are to pay for the import charges, if any.

Qn: What are your types of payment?
Ans: All major credit (Visa or Master) cards and debit cards are accepted in our website through Paypal. We also accept payment by bank transfer to our DBS corporate bank account. You can also visit our retail shop (Click on Contact Us for our shop location) to do a cash and carry. There are ATM machines (DBS, OCBC and UOB) conveniently located near our shop should you need to withdraw cash.

Qn: Are your items in stock?
Ans: Yes, all our items are in stock for fast dispatch. It usually takes 1 to 2 working days for order to reach a Singapore address, whereas for overseas order, it can take around 7 working days, sometimes faster/slower, depending on your location.

Qn: How long does a back ordered item take to be available?
Ans: It may take up to 1 to 2 weeks for back ordered items to be available in our store.

Qn: What is your return policy?
Ans: Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable unless for faulty items which must be returned to us within 7 working days  (14 days for overseas buyers) from the date of receiving the item. All original packaging and accessories must be returned to us to qualify for a refund/exchange.

Qn: What are your delivery methods?
Ans: For order to be sent to a local Singapore address, we will use Singapore Post Office's 1st Class or Registered mail . For overseas order, we will use either Singapore Post Office's Airmail/Registered mail or DHL.

Qn: What are your posting charges?
Ans: Posting charges to a Singapore address would be $2 (1st Class Mail) and $5 (Registered Mail). Posting charges to an overseas address range from $8 (small item like filter and battery) to $30 (bulky item like camera, lens and tripod).
